Our Venue

For the third year running, FOSS Backstage takes place at the former transformer station bUm in the district of Kreuzberg.

The venue boasts a mix of listed substance and modern fixtures and offers plenty of room for exciting talks, relaxed conversations and networking. With a spacious main stage, light-flooded winter garden, welcoming foyer and a couple of modern meeting rooms, it provides FOSS Backstage with everything it needs.

bUm is fully accessible for walking-impaired participants, easy to reach by public transport, and its central location in the popular district of Kreuzberg makes it a great starting point for some post-conference explorations of Berlin.
